How can a person be bisexual?

Most of the older books on sex deal with bisexuality-the ability to be sexually interested in both sexes at the same time. The belief now current is that bisexuality is impossible, that a person is either homosexual or heterosexual. Sexual activity with both sexes occurs in a person who is sexually confused; a person who has not made a commitment. More specifically, a homosexual relationship does not necessarily make one a homosexual nor does a heterosexual relationship make one heterosexual.
